1/4 cup gluten-free oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk

1/2 cup blueberries

1/3 cup raspberries

A healthy dose of antioxidants

Raspberries have a very high concentration of ellagic acid that is known to prevent some cancers.  A good source of biotin and pantothenic acid.

Blueberries are great for the prevention of heart disease.  A good source of vitamins C and B6 and fiber.

Gluten Free Oats are a good source of protein and fiber. Helps digestion and lowers cholesterol.

Almond milk contains riboflavin, vitamin E, iron, calcium and vitamin B6.
